User Acquisition Manager

BeProfit is a rapidly growing startup developing a profit analysis dashboard to help eCommerce sellers change the way they track and optimize their bottom line.

Currently available on Shopify, Amazon, WooCommerce, and Wix, and with more than 10K (very) happy users to date, the dashboard will soon expand to all major eCommerce platforms. We take pride in our dynamic, fast-paced, and fun working environment.

As a user acquisition manager at BeProfit, you will: 

  • Manage large-scale marketing campaigns across various marketing platforms.
  • Respond quickly to changes in online marketing and adapt to capitalize on new opportunities.
  • Identify opportunities to increase traffic and maximize revenues.
  • Analyze full-funnel data and come up with deep marketing insights
  • Lead cross-company marketing projects by working closely with the Marketing, Creative, Product, and BI teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest user acquisition and marketing trends and integrate them into the team’s strategy.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in User Acquisition - Must. 
  • Sharp-minded, and “out of the box” thinker with a "can-do" attitude and a passion for both marketing and analytics.
  • Good analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data, draw conclusions, develop actionable recommendations and implement them
  • Proficient with Excel - a must
  • High level in English 
  • An independent team player
  • Experienced in subscriptions model– an advantage
  • eCommerce industry experience – an advantage
BI Analyst

BeProfit is a rapidly growing startup developing a profit analysis app to help

eCommerce sellers change the way they track and optimize their bottom line. Currently

users to date, BeProfit will soon expand to all major eCommerce platforms. We take

As a BI analyst, you will work closely with the teams at BeProfit to help them make the best decisions possible using the power of data. You'll be responsible for scoping, initiating, and delivering on analytical projects such as cohort analysis, users’ performance, conversions, funnel analysis, LTV, CAC, and more. You’ll support team members in Marketing, Business Operations, Product, and R&D by sharing your knowledge and expertise. This role is not only about grinding out numbers; it is about providing key business insights using analytics to increase efficiency and drive the business forward.

 

Responsibilities

  • Analyze internal and external data sources to get the full picture and come up with actionable recommendations for optimization of business development and strategies.
  • Design, build and maintain different types of reports and dashboards to monitor business performance, product KPIs, and more.
  • Develop a deep understanding of clients’ needs to provide insights and support data-driven decisions.
  • Build data-based tools and models for performance monitoring and optimization.
  • Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for new opportunities.
  • Work with large amounts of data and build tools to streamline work processes.

 

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience as a Data/BI analyst in a fast-growing, global high-tech company (online industry - advantage).
  • Vast knowledge and hands-on experience in SQL.
  • Expert-level experience with reporting platforms and data visualization tools such as PowerBI and Tableau - Must (experience with Holistics - strong advantage)
  • BA/B.Sc. in industrial/information systems engineering, computer science, statistics, or equivalent - an advantage
  • Experience working in SAAS companies - an advantage
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information accurately.
  • Expert level in working with Big data tools.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience working effectively with multiple stakeholders and across teams
  • Experience communicating both low-level technical details as well as high-level strategies
  • A robust and creative problem solver, taking end-to-end ownership over a problem.
  • High level of English - a must



HR Admin & PA

BeProfit is a rapidly growing Fintech startup aiming to change the way eCommerce sellers make sense of their data, track their expenses and optimize their profitability. 

The BeProfit platform was already launched on Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon and Wix, and will soon be available on additional top eCommerce platforms to be accessible for every online merchant out there seeking to get a solid grip on their business finances.

As a HR admin & PA at BeProfit you will:

  • Be the right hand of the CEO and assist the upper management, if needed, both professionally and personally
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Daily office management: take care of the office's "look & feel" and ensure a pleasant working environment
  • Managing the front desk: serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing, and announcing them appropriately
  • Handle payment process including outreach to vendors, invoice recording, purchase requests, approval process, and expense tracking for courses and purchase
  • Charge on Onboarding process of new employees.
  • Manage company welfare activities from planning to execution
  • Management of purchase orders - ordering food for the office, and office equipment.
  • Responsible for making sure that office equipment is fully functioning (IT, internet etc). 
  • Report to the company’s Head of HR.
  • Organize and coordinate office administration and procedures, in order to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and safety.

 

Requirements:

  • Great communicator with 2+ years’ HR experience preferably in startup/ high-tech industry
  • Strong Experience in working with office&google programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and use of the web
  • Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize and work under pressure
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication skills, Solutions-oriented with a delivery focus.

Sales Director

As the Sales Director at BeProfit, you will build, lead and scale a team of inbound & outbound sales development representatives and function as a core part in the company’s growth efforts. 

You’ll successfully increase the sales and adoption of BeProfit by sourcing, demonstrating, negotiating with and signing up enterprise-level corporate accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Build BeProfit’s Enterprise client base by collaborating cross-functionally with teams across Support, Partnerships, Marketing and more. Lead a team of sales reps from A-Z while being on top of BeProfit’s sales efforts hands-on.
  • Acquire a deep understanding of the product as well as its features & capabilities. Conduct demo calls and introduce BeProfit to potential clients while assessing their pain points, brand needs and required features.
  • Nurture and close leads generated by our Support and Partnerships teams as well as online marketing initiatives.
  • Build and maintain accurate sales pipelines, processes and forecasts to the management team.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success managers to generate additional revenue from an existing client base.
  • Deliver maximum revenue potential through managing complex sales-cycles; forecast sales activity and revenue achievement while creating satisfied customers.
  • Hire, lead and constantly motivate a team of sales representatives to exceed objectives and meet tight deadlines through coaching, broadcast of results and creative incentives. Manage shift scheduling of reps and be the focal point of everything sales-related.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in B2B sales management, preferably in selling complex software solutions to large organizations.
  • Experience working with strategic accounts alongside multiple stakeholders
  • Technical selling capabilities and solid understanding of the eCommerce space as well as the competitive landscape
  • Experience managing long sales cycles by navigating a complex organization and connecting with managers and C level stakeholders as one
  • Strong relationship building, negotiating and closing skills
  • Outstanding presentation skills, entrepreneurial drive and work ethic

 

 

Back-End Developer

BeProfit is a rapidly growing startup developing a profit analysis app to help eCommerce sellers change the way they track and optimize their bottom line. Currently available on Shopify and Wix, and with more than 10K (very) happy users to date, the app will soon expand to all major eCommerce platforms. We take pride in our dynamic, fast-paced and fun working environment; the ideal candidate should enjoy facing challenges and learning new skills on a daily basis.

We’re looking for a Backend Developer to join our growing R&D team, who will be in charge of all Api integrations with our partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Accepting responsibility and ownership of server infrastructure and server-side code, including integration with third-party entities.
  • Manage complex integrations including interfacing to external APIs.
  • Maintaining and adding features to all the data retrieval aspects of the company including website scraping and integration with data providers.
  • Responsible for data manipulation and algorithms of the company.
  • Maintain quality and ensure responsiveness of all API integrations.
  • Work side-by-side with developers, product designers and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a PHP developer.
  • Experience in working with large amounts of data and integrations.
  • Experience with RESTful API and JSON format.
  • Familiar with node.js code (understanding and minor code writing).
  • Start-up orientated and eager to learn and to develop within fast paced environment
  • Ability to work well under time constraints.
  • Self-learning capabilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
