What is the best way to track the product life cycle?

Can anyone suggest a way to improve product lifecycle management? Are there any applications that can show me a PLM report so that it's easy to view and understand? I am looking for the best way to track my product life cycle in such a way that I can see all of the stages clearly.

The easiest way to do PLM is to use a PLM tool. You must first understand each phase of the Product Life Cycle: beginning, middle and end. Create a PLM framework and re-assess different stages once you start moving into a growth phase. There are plenty of tools out there - one I would recommend is called SmartSheet: https://www.smartsheet.com/product-life-cycle-management.
