How do I restore an abandoned cart in Wix?

Restoring an abandoned cart in Wix is easy-peasy with the inbuilt automation. Just send shoppers an automated email with a product picture and a direct link to the item they left in their cart.

Follow these steps to activate the abandoned cart emails:

1. Find and press the Automations tab in your site dashboard.
2. Click Email visitors to recover abandoned carts, and hit Activate.

The email is customizable by accessing the Edit Automation tab. (Emails are sent 2 hours after the customer abandons the cart).
