Private labeling is when a manufacturer produces products and sells them to a company exclusively for example Amazon basics. Having a private label is ideal since manufacturers have the advantage of producing many goods but don't really know marketing and retailing. Hence, selling to third-party companies exclusively. It is one of a few e-commerce business revenue models.
