Is it possible to give customers the option to choose an exact time and date for the delivery of their purchases on Shopify?

Shopify does have the option for your customers to select their delivery date, however, this does not offer a delivery time option and is not available on Online Store 2.0 themes.
If you want to add the options of date and time deliveries then your best choice would be to use a third-party plugin that offers such services.
Some options you could take a look at include:
- Pickup Delivery Date by Pickeasy
- Delivery + Pickup from DingDoong
- Pickup Delivery Date by BirdChime
These are just a few available apps from hundreds. It's best to explore a few and decide which works best for you.
