Hi, I've just got ShipStation and I'm not too familiar with it. How do I check my current shipping rates?

The top toolbar of your ShipStation account or the base website has a built-in Rate calculator. You can use it to calculate rates based on postal code, weight, package, dimensions, and service class. There is a Configure Shipment widget that has its own built-in calculator to help.
