KPIs for shipping costs

Hello, hope you are all doing well! Would anyone be so kind as to provide me with a list of KPIs they track for shipping and supply chain costs? I have a bunch of sales related KPIs I'm currently tracking which work quite well but recently I've noticed my cost of good sold has eaten into my margins and I suspect its related to increased shipping costs. Thank you in advance !

  1. Total freight spend
  2. Cost per order
  3. Carrier performance
  4. Inventory carrying costs
  5. Return rate
  6. Lead time
  7. Productivity
  8. Cost of goods sold (COGS)
