How to track shipping status on Shopify?

How can I track the status of shipments and provide customers with tracking information?

In order to track the shipping status of a product, you'll first need to enable shipment tracking which can be found in the "Shipping and delivery" section of your admin's settings.

You will also need to be making use of a supported courier. When you fulfill an order with the courier, you will be provided with a tracking number.

When you are fulfilling an order, you can add the tracking number under the "Tracking information" section. Shopify will automatically send the tracking link to your customer with the confirmation email or SMS.

Customers can either follow this link or navigate to the orders page on Shopify where all the tracking information will be stored.
