Hi all. I've been running my e-commerce business on my own so far, but the workload has become too much. I'm ready to build a team. What makes up an e-commerce team, and what is the best way to structure them?

People who can manage the six critical aspects of your marketing plan. A Product manager who manages the aspects of products or services. Brand and content manager who manages the overall image of your company. A Marketing manager who operates the overall marketing campaign, a Trading manager who oversees trades and conversions, an Operations manager and finally someone who operates the fulfillment aspect of your operation.
