Hi everyone, am planning on starting up an online retail store sometime in the near future but need to get my ducks in a row beforehand. Can anyone explain this to me in detail please? Thank you

Micro-fulfillment is a strategy that's meant to make delivery of orders faster. Here, you set up smaller warehouses in densely populated areas to fulfill orders faster.
It's on the rise because nowadays people don't want the 3 or 2 days delivery, they want instant which Micro-fulfillment makes possible.
It can be setup in a purpose built store for order fulfillment or within an existing store's facility.
