Tips on speeding up order fulfillment.

Hi all, I run a clothing store online. Production and manufacturing is based in China while distribution is based in Europe. Main customer base is in Europe. Current order fulfillment time is 3 weeks which I'd like to trim down. Anyone else have a similar set up and is willing to share some tips/advice? Thanks in advance !

You can speed up order fulfillment in these ways:
- Adjust inventory in accordance with the most selling items and the least ones
- You can combine products that are often bought together and place them together at the warehouse
- Consider the various ways of sorting i.e. sorting by line items, product line, and SKU
- Also, adjust in accordance with your promotions or offers
