Can I track incremental profit for each revenue stream?

Hi, I am currently using both Amazon and Shopify as revenue streams for my e-commerce retail business. I would like a way to assess the incremental profit from each source individually and combined, but I am not sure how to do this. Does anyone have any idea? TYIA
