Is the special handling fee for Amazon FBA fixed?

I am a newbie Amazon FBA seller and am trying to understand all of the Amazon seller fees. I understand that the Amazon seller fees for FBA sellers such as myself are all based on the weight and size of the package. I also know that there is something called the special handling fee for Amazon FBA sellers. Is this fee a fixed amount?

Yes, the special handling fee for Amazon FBA is fixed. Currently, the fee is $42 per unit which applies to televisions that are 42 inches or larger. To calculate TV screen measuement, measure diagonally between the opposite corners of the screen.
