What is a good profit margin on Amazon?
Asked 4 years ago
Hello, is 30% a good profit margin? Or should I be looking at how I can increase it?

52% of Amazon sellers have a profit margin between 16 to 50%. Most new Amazon FBA sellers can expect to earn a profit margin of 10% (when pursuing it as a side hustle). However, a 10% profit margin is slightly at a lower end, and one can easily maintain a 30% margin without going through much hassle.
One thing worth noting here is that these benchmarks vary from business to business—The type of your business and the product you are selling matter the most in estimating a "good" profit margin on Amazon.
