How do I ship oversized or heavy items to customers?

What is the best way to ship oversized or heavy items to customers on Shopify? Are there any carriers or providers that deal with this specifically?

You can ship oversized packages through FedEx Ground, Economy or Priority, or DHL. The FedEx ground maximum limit of packages is 150 lbs and usually takes 1-7 days to ship. The FedEx priority is suitable for heavy pallets. If using USPS ensure the package is not over 70 lbs and if it is large use flat-rate USPS shipping. The maximum weight limit for UPS is 30 lbs for express packages.
