Is Pinterest analytics accurate?

I noticed that Pinterest comes with analytics. How often does Pinterest update stats? Is it accurate at all?

Pinterest analytics are not 100% reliable as they tend to be inaccurate by delaying reporting. The stats are not updated regularly and can be 1 to 2 days behind. It also doesn’t consistently aggregate your pins since you can have one pin that has different URLs. It doesn’t add up all the stats from the different URLs hence giving you false information.

Pinterest analytics can supply you with a ton of information. However, Pinterest insights are not as accurate and authentic as data analytical tools like Google Analytics. Pinterest analytics do not update the stats regularly, resulting in delayed reporting — hence, uninformed decisions and strategies. An unclear representation of your tracking progress is also a reason to put Pinterest Analytics as a second option.
