I sell products on Amazon and outsource things like packaging and shipping through FBA. Amazon FBA allows me to save a lot of money because I don't have to worry about product storage. I have been looking for closely at the Amazon FBA fees- Do these fees include boxes for product packaging?

Yes, the Amazon FBA fee includes boxes for packaging it is also referred to as "pick and pack". There are two main fees: fulfillment fees, and inventory storage fees. The fulfillment fee covers the picking, packing, and shipping process. The fees vary depending on the product size and shipping weight. While the inventory fee covers storing your products.
