Does Wix have an abandoned cart feature?

Yes! Wix has an inbuilt abandoned cart feature. You can manage them by reminding your customers to checkout through automated emails. Navigate to the Automations tab in your site dashboard. Click Email visitors to recover abandoned carts, and hit Activate.

The email design is customizable in the Edit Automation tab. Customers can receive emails 2 hours after leaving without checkout. You can also reach out to your customers through SMS by installing Carti from the Wix app market.
