What happens if I don't have a price per unit? Can I still calculate the BEP?

To calculate Break-Even Points, the value of the fixed costs is needed. Every business does have fixed costs and variable costs, the costs that are always constant are fixed costs. Calculating BEP based on variable costs only will lead to incorrect and misleading information. To get the price per unit, take total sales÷ divide by the total units produced.
