I don't know much about cohort analysis, but I think it'd be something I'd like to implement. How do I use cohort analysis?

A cohort analysis is very useful for a business, it helps you track and understand customers' actions which will help to increase revenue. You can use a cohort analysis to know when in a customer's lifecycle they stop purchasing. It will also help in knowing the common behaviors of your most engaged users.
