Where do I get an analytical overview of customer behavior?

Afternoon, I'm looking for an overview of customer behavior on my e-commerce store (I use WIX). I want to use it to see where I can improve my website and customer retention. Because I have a hunch that this is why my store is barely making a profit, but I don't know where to find it. Is this a plugin that I will have to install separately?

You can get an overview of customer behavior on your e-commerce store with WIX's Customer Behavior Analysis — a free feature. Before using this tool, you'll need to sign up for a WIX account. Once logged in, click "Analytics and Reports." Now create a report to get the bounce rate and many more customer behavior data lines.
