Can the customer checkout dashboard help identify bottlenecks?
Asked 3 years ago
Good morning, I have been running a Shopify store over the past couple of months now, and I feel that it could be doing better. I'm looking for a way to identify bottlenecks and optimize my store. I've tried customer journey mapping, but the results haven't been conclusive. I then wondered if the problem could be lying in the checkout process of my store. When I tried looking for metrics or a way to analyze it, I found a customer checkout dashboard (which I'm unfamiliar with) that I have to pay for. But I don't want to pay for something and then it's useless in the end. Should I get it?

A customer checkout dashboard helps identify bottlenecks and optimize your store. It's all about highlighting the most common steps in your store's checkout process, then taking the right action to fill the gaps. You can use the information from the customer dashboard to tailor your e-commerce process how you want it to. Simply put, spending a few pennies on these dashboards will benefit you.
