How do abandoned carts on WooCommerce work?

I moved from Shopify to WooCommerce, and I'm still getting used to the new interface. It could be why I can't find the section for abandoned carts automation, the abandonment rate, etc. Unless WooCommerce itself doesn't have this. Do I need to get a plugin?

Yes, you need to download a plugin for this purpose. You can go for the "Abandoned Cart Lite for Woocommerce" plugin. To add this plugin, follow these steps:
Go to "Plugins" from your WordPress dashboard.
Click on "Add New" and search for the "Abandoned Cart Lite for Woocommerce" plugin in the search box.
Select the "Install Now" option when you find the plugin.
Once installed, activate the plugin, and it's done! You can easily monitor your abandoned cart metrics.
