How do abandoned carts on WooCommerce work?

I moved from Shopify to WooCommerce, and I'm still getting used to the new interface. It could be why I can't find the section for abandoned carts automation, the abandonment rate, etc. Unless WooCommerce itself doesn't have this. Do I need to get a plugin?

Yes, you need to download a plugin for this purpose. You can go for the "Abandoned Cart Lite for Woocommerce" plugin. To add this plugin, follow these steps:
- Go to "Plugins" from your WordPress dashboard.
- Click on "Add New" and search for the "Abandoned Cart Lite for Woocommerce" plugin in the search box.
- Select the "Install Now" option when you find the plugin.
