What does it mean when the market is saturated?

What is it, and how can I identify a saturated market? Can someone please give me an example?

Market saturation is when the market growth of a particular product can’t grow anymore. It happens when the supply of a product is higher than the demand. For example, when a new bakery opens and you’re now getting fewer customers in your bakery shop. You can tell a market is saturated when the major suppliers are selling products at low-profit margins.
