What is an example of micro and macro-conversions?
Asked 4 years ago
Hi, I know that micro means small, and I'm assuming that macro means big. But how do I measure a micro vs. macro conversion?

There are multiple ways to project the performance and success of your website; one such route is tracking conversion rate. There are two subcategories of conversion rate: micro and macro.
Macro conversion or macro goals refer to a user's actions on your website, representing your website's primary objective. For example, in e-commerce, the primary aim is making a purchase.
On the other hand, micro-conversion includes small actions like signing up for an email course or newsletter, viewing a product, or adding a product to the wishlist.
