How do you measure ROI on Instagram ads?

According to various outlets Instagram ads have the highest ROI of either Facebook or Twitter.  Instagram also has a higher engagement rate, meaning its conversion rate is also higher than them at 1.08%, less than Facebook (1.84%) but higher than either Twitter or Pinterest.
