Does Shopify have a built-in loyalty program, or would I need to find a plugin?

Shopify doesn't have an in-built loyalty rewards program but there are many of those kinds of apps on Shopify. Some of the most popular loyalty rewards programs are Growave, Smile, Loyalty rewards & referrals, Gift Cards & Loyalty Program, Yotpo Loyalty & Rewards, Marsello, and many others.

Programs like eCommerce loyalty and rewards plugins give a boost to your business. Shopify doesn't offer any built-in loyalty program.
Fortunately, you can easily create a Shopify rewards program using Shopify apps like Smile and Yotpo. Simply go to Shopify App Store, search for your preferred app and install the free plugin.
Once you download these plugins on your Shopify store, you can create loyalty reward programs on your Shopify store in no time.
