Bing ad campaign: Does the keyword search volume determine the cost?

I have been looking to optimize the keywords in my ads for my Shopify store. I've migrated from Google ads to Bing ads because of its low competition for ad positions. I've been trying to optimize with keyword matches to fine-tune my targeted ads and increase the conversion rate. However, I am afraid that using popular keywords for my collection's niche will affect my overall budget for my advertising needs.

Bing auctions keywords to its users, where the highest bidder gets their ad featured for that keyword. The cost of these bids is directly related to the search volume. They can range from less than 10$ to more than 100$. However, keep in mind that targeting your audience by altering the demographic, time, location, language, etc., are equally important in determining the cost of your campaign.
