How do dynamic UTM parameters measure product success?

I want to accurately conduct product analysis to find better ways to generate more revenue for my Shopify store. I have been getting a lot of traffic on my site, but I can’t tell which of my clients are organic and which channels they are coming from. Will I be able to use UTM tags to measure the progress of my products?
