How can I set up international shipping options and calculate shipping rates for different countries on Shopify?

To set up international shipping on Shopify you'll first create an account with an international shipping provider like DHL, FedEx or USPS. Go to the Shopify dashboard and click "settings". Click on "add a new shipping address" and add shipping carriers, and shipping zones in the "shipping labels" section which identifies the international orders.
Here are the rates for international shipping
USPS Priority Mail International flat rate starts at $28.13
FedEx starts from $35.36 (Zone A, up to 0.5kg)
DHL Express $77.46 (US to Europe, up to 10kg)
UPS Express Saver $26 (Zone 1) - $72.50 (Zone 7)
