Will Bing bill me for my Shopify store ad campaign before clicks?

I recently created an ad campaign for my Shopify store. I am uncertain whether I will be billed for it before receiving clicks. This worries me because I don't want to incur additional maintenance costs to keep my advert up and performing. I've tried Facebook ads, but with my limited budget, I'm weary that I will be billed several times in a month even if my ad doesn't have enough impression to meet my payment threshold.
