Is it possible to advertise for free on Snapchat, or is there a minimum fee?

Snapchats CPM or Cost-Per-Thousand clicks runs on average of around $2.95. The costs can shift dramatically though, depending on advertisers and the general market. A general rule is to set a budget of around $5.00 or more.
