What does a high AOV mean for my e-commerce store?

Hi, I have been working on improving my Shopify stores sales rate and when I was doing the analysis on the report that I generated I noticed that the average order value has increased. I'm not sure whether a high AOV is a good thing?

A high AOV shows that you have many frequent loyal customers. It means that your customers love the products or services and are satisfied such that they purchase again from your store.
