Will the location of my targeted Bings ads determine the cost?

I am a recent Shopify store owner, and I have built a fun and trendy website targetting millennials and Gen Zs. I have a somewhat limited budget to splurge on an advertising campaign. I've always wanted to target regions and countries with higher purchasing power and search volumes, like the UK and Canada. However, I don't know if my ad budget will quickly diminish if I solely focus on those regions. Does the location I choose to run my Shopify collection ad determine how much I will pay for ad space and position on Bing?

Bing auctions keywords to its users, where the highest bidder gets their ad featured for that keyword. The cost of these bids is directly related to the search volume. They can range from less than 10$ to more than 100$. However, keep in mind that targeting your audience by altering the demographic, time, location, language, etc., are equally important in determining the cost of your campaign.
