Does the format I use for TikTok ads affect the cost of advertising?

I want to advertise my Shopify store products on TikTok, and when I did some research, I was then introduced to several formatting options for advertising on the platform. I am still new to TikTok and am not entirely sure which format is the most cost-effective for a first-time advertiser. Should I do the top view format and the in-feed view ads? And will the formatting I choose for my advert contribute to the overall cost of my adverts?

TikTok offers a wide array of ad formats for its customers. They are:
- In-feed ads
- TopView
- Branded hashtag challenge
- Spark ads
- Branded effect
- Promote
The cost for in-feed ads is 10$/impression per day, and top view ads are 65,000$ per day. Whereas, for brand takeover and hashtag challenge, 50,000$/day and 150,000$/week are required, respectively.
