You can follow this rule. If you get a reasonable cost per purchase (as per your set goals) from a previous ad, then duplicate that ad. Moreover, there is no harm in copying a previously successful ad that has spent enough to have several purchases a day. If these two conditions aren't fulfilled, you can increase your budget by 20% per ad.
