Can I set individual campaigns to different time zones with Bing ads?

I have been looking forward to expanding the reach of my Shopify store and lately, it has felt like I am missing out by focusing on Google ads alone. Because of timezone differences, I have been given the option to create a different ad campaign for each time in Google ads, but unfortunately, I cannot afford to stretch my budget. Will Bings ads allow me to easily manage my ad scheduling strategy for different timezones, locations, and languages?
