How do you track Amazon sales?

Hello fellow entrepreneurs, I have been running my online store for about 3 months now, and I realize the need for a dashboard that tracks KPIs. My only issue is that I don't know which KPIs I should be tracking. Who here uses plugins or apps for analytics and tracking their sales on Amazon? If anyone has got any pointers, I'd be eternally grateful. Thank you in advance.

Click-Through Rate (CTR), inventory, ROAS, sales revenue, customer performance, amazon seller fees, ratings and reviews, content quality score, refund rate, and inventory performance index are some of the most important KPIs to track for both Amazon FBA sellers and non-FBA sellers.

Some tools you can use to track the KPIs are Helium10, DataHawk, TRendle, AMZ Tracker, HelloProfit, Sellics, and Jungle Scout.
