Yes, Google Analytics comes with its own ECommerce system. To enable it, sign in to Google Analytics account, click on the Admin button, check the VIEW column, click on ECommerce Settings, set enable ECommerce to ON and finally, click Save. Now, to see sales, log in, navigate to the Acquisition tab, click on All Traffic and Source/Medium tab and there you go.
