Can I solely target mobile devices using Bing Ads?

Hi, I have a Shopify store and I have been working on a device targeting model for my ad campaign, lately Google ads have been giving me a default device targeting that includes desktops, tablets, and mobile devices all at once. However, my product campaign is best suited for mobile device screen formats and I am having a tough time excluding other searches. Will Bing ads be able to help?

A great feature that sets Bing ads apart from other advertising platforms is the freedom of device targeting the former offers. The advertisers can opt from either of the three device types: Desktops or Laptops, Mobile phone devices, and Tablets.
You can easily choose your desired device by following these simple steps:
- Select 'Device' under 'Keywords and targeting.'
- Go to the data view and click on 'Add device.' Now choose 'Device.'
- Select campaign/ad group.
- Enter 'Bid adjustment' in 'Edit the selected device.'
