Yes, you can use the break-even analysis to determine if advertising is worth it. Determine the cost of the advertising campaign, the selling price per product, cost, and other costs per product. Then, determine the product margin which is selling price- total cost. To get the BEP per unit take the advertising cost ÷ product margin.
