Is there a certain level that one's ads need to reach to be considered TopView? How does it work?

TopView ads are one of the many distinctive features of TikTok. It appears right after you open the app and lasts for 1 minute with the sound on in the background. These ads surface at the top of your 'For You' page and seem like a terrific way of grabbing viewers' attention. Sadly TikTok TopView ads cost a fortune! You must splash out $65,000/day to avail of this royalty.
