How do you find the average order value in Google Analytics?

I'm a beginner that's never used Google Analytics before, and I understand that it can help me find my average order value. I'm trying to find new ways to make more money on my Shopify store and apparently finding out my average order value can help with that. So, does anyone have any advice on using Google Analytics for calculating average order value?

Google Analytics is a proven way to monitor your AOV; tried and tested by numerous businesses. Not only this but Google Analytics also provides several other helpful metrics to give you a better insight into your website.
To check the AOV of your whole site:
- Visit, and log in to the Google Analytics website.
- After logging into your account, find Conversions on the left column.
- Click Ecommerce and go to Overview. You will find the AOV of your website.
