What percentage constitutes a good increase in AOV for Shopify?

I want to see a significant increase in the AOV of my Shopify store. I know that once my AOV increases, my profits, revenue, and customer LTV will increase too. I have decided to cross-sell and upsell my products to improve my store. I would like to see myself a goal on the amount I want my AOV to increase. Any idea which percentage would be realistic?
