Benchmarks for repeat customer rates vary widely from company to company, most Ecommerce businesses report a retention rate of around Twenty-Five to Thirty percent to be a baseline. The rate itself will ultimately depend on customer satisfaction and the industry itself. Repeat customers are more profitable by a massive margin, on average a repeat customer is worth around ten times their acquisition price.
