I'm really looking to boost the profitability of my Shopify store and heard someone mention to me that customer segmentation can help with this. The thing I'm confused about is the fact that I think it's impossible to target the preferences, needs, and behavioral patterns of every potential customer I might have. It seems like wasted time to me, so can anyone explain how good customer segmentation can improve the profitability of my Shopify store?
