You can measure Snapchat ad performance by measuring impressions, swipe ups, swipe-up rate, and quartiles for video ads. Impressions show how many Snapchatters saw your ads. 
Swipe-ups show how many times people swiped up on your ads to view more. While swipe-up rate shows the percentage of people that swiped up. Quartiles show how long and how many times people viewed your ad.
